Sweet Italian Dressing

Category: make your own salad dressings

1 cup oil..(I use 1/2 crisco oil and 1/2 extra virgin olive oil)

1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon onion juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
1/3 cup cider vinegar

Heat sugar and vinegar ..let cool
pour into blender or use hand blender

stir in rest ingredients except oil

slowly pour in oil and pulse until emulsified*

for something different, add a couple spoonfuls of parmesan cheese*
