Pineapple Salsa Burgers

Hamburger or turkey burgers
toasted buns
lettuce
pepper jack cheese
pineapple salsa
avocado slices

Pineapple salsa

1/2 of a fresh pineapple diced
1/2 of a green pepper diced
1/4 onion diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
a lttle salt and pepper.
mix and set aside

Cook hamburger patties
place cooked burger on a toasted bun
(for extra tasty spread bun with garlic butter)
top with a leaf of lettuce
a slice of pepper jack cheese
pineapple salsa
and avocado slices
