Orange Honey Chicken

2 or 3 boneless (half) chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2 inch pcs.
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
salt and pepper

Sauce:
1/2 cup honey
4 Tablespoon orange juice frozen concentrate.
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix together flour and cornstarch.

Lightly salt and pepper the chicken and dust with the mixed flour and cornstarch. In a skillet,
Fry in a little oil until brown on all sides.

Heat the sauce in a pan.

Drain any oil from skillet and add sauce and heat.
