Maple syrup homemade

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons maple extract

In a medium saucepan, combine sugars and water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove from heat and add maple extract. Continue stirring until well blended. Serve
