How to make moist hamburgers

I always buy the low fat hamburger and it gets dry when you cook the patties. If you peel and finely grate a small raw potato, add it to about one lb. of hamburger and mix in well. It will not alter the flavor but will keep the patties a bit more moist instead of them getting too dry when frying/grilling. Works for me.
