Rueben Pizza

If you have any left over corned beef or use a good Angus Corn beef from the Deli

1 pizza crust..homemade or buy

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
5 tablespoons thousand island dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 8oz can of sauerkraut..rinsed and drained
about 1/2 pound of corned beef
8 ounces of shredded swiss cheese

Place pizza crust on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Brush with olive oil and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together the dressing and garlic powder
Brush this over crust
Top with sauerkraut. corned beef, and cheese.
Bake until cheese melts ..about 10 - 12 minutes.

If you make your own pizza crust make a rye one
