Bacon Tomato Macaroni

6 slices of bacon diced, fried crispy
1 small onion diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 can diced tomatoes
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Cook bacon crispy and set aside
Cook onion in bacon drippings. If not enough, add a little butter.
Mix everything together except pasta and simmer 15 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and simmer 5 mminutes.

When I lived at home, we had this a lot.
(Did not know bacon was not good for you back then...Myrt adds liquid smoke, too. )
