Cajun Seasoning Mix

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine ingredients well. Place in an airtight container and store in a
cool dry place.

This recipe yields about 1/4 cup of seasoning.
