1 3/4 cups carrots peeled and sliced
8 oz can pineapple tidbits, undrained
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Cover carrots with water in saucepan and cook until tender.
Combine the pineapple, cornstarch, and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cook until thickened.
Add carrots and cook one minute.
