Two Layer Caramel Pecan Bars 3 points

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla divided into 1 tsp portions
1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup all purpsode flour
cooking spray
2 tablespoon fat free milk
40 small caramel candies
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven 375

Beat the brown sugar, butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add the flour to sugar mixture stirring until well blended. Mixture will be crumbly. Firmly press mixture into bottom of 8 inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake 375 for 15 minutes

While crust is baking, combine milk and caramel candies in a medium saucepan. Place over low heat and cook until candies melt, stirring constantly. Stir in the other 1 teaspoon vanilla vanilla. Remove from heat.

Pour the caramel mixture evenly over hot crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Cool
