WW Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Ingredients:

2 oz Rold Gold Tiny Pretzel Twists (2 servings)

3 tablespoons honey mustard

1 pound uncooked bonless, skinless chicken breasts, (4 - 4oz breasts)

2 teaspoons black pepper

Spray a baking pan with non stick spray

Chop pretzels in blender or food processor

Brush each chicken breast evenly with honey mustard. Sprinkle with black pepper. Coat with pretzel crumbs

Place in prepared pan and spray tops lightly with non stick spray.

Bake uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in middle. (170 degrees)
