Impossible Pie

Prehat oven 350f

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups milk
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sweeten flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Put all ingredients into a blender jar and blend for 10 seconds at time 3-4 times.
Pour into a buttered 10" pie pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350. The pie is done when it is golden brown.
