Parmesan, Pepper and Herb Bread

1 1⁄4 cups water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
3 1⁄2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dry active yeast
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in pan according to bread manufacturer. Set on dough.
Remove from machine and push dough flat and fold like an envelope. Roll the dough into a ball and shape and put in 9x5 pan. Let rise until double.
Bake 350 until brown.
* I like putting the dry herbs in with the water to rehydrate them a bit. I think it adds a bit more flavor.
