White Pizza Dip

Serves: 6

Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix
1-16 oz container sour cream
1 cup (8 oz) ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped (I like turkey pepperoni)



Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a shallow, 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
3.Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of mozzarella on top.
4.Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
5.Serve hot with slices of Italian or French bread or your favorite cracker

Can make in small crock pot that has a warm setting.
