zuccinni caprese

3 tbls Olive oil
2 lbs zucchini spiralized
12 oz ripe tomato
8 oz fresh mozzarella
1/2 c fresh basil torn
garlic
1/4 c roasted almonds chopped


Cook zucchini in oil until beginning to get soft.. remove from heat and add rest of ingredients . salt to taste..toss to mix and top with almonds
