Coconut Almond Crust

For the crust
2 cups crushed vanilla wafer crumbs
3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup almond slices, lightly toasted
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Crush the vanilla wafers by hand or using a food processor. Toss with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Press firmly into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 10 inch spring form pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Or a 10 inch pie plate.
Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before filling.
