Spinach Carbonara Pizza

6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled into 1/2 inch pcs
1 package 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough crust
9 oz baby spinach
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup Alfredo sauce (can use prepared)
1/2 teas black pepper
8 oz finely shredded pizza cheese
1 med tomato, chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 400.

Spray large rimmed baking pan
unroll pizza dough and lightly stretch
into 8x14. Pierce dough with fork every 3 to 4 inches and bake 7 to 8 min or until light brown

In large bowl, microwave spinach with garlic, tossing at 30 second intervals until just wilted. May have to do it in batches.
Transfer with tongs onto paper towel and discard and liquid in bowl.

Spread Alfredo sauce over top of crust up to 1/2 inch from edge.
Sprinkle with a little black pepper ( 1/4 teas), half the crumbled bacon, 1 cup pizza cheese,spinach mixture, remaining bacon, chopped tomato, and remaining cheese.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with more black pepper.( 1/4 teas)

Bake 8 to 10 min or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. transfer to board and cut into suares.
