Buttermilk cheese cornbread

4 tbls unsalted butter melted, divided
1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup of flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teas baking powder
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 large eggs

preheat oven 400
butter 9x9 baking pan using 1 tbls of the Butter

stir together dry ingredients
stir in cheese

mix together wet ingredients and remaining Butter

make a well in center of dry ingredients, pour wet ingredients into well. Combine just until wet. Do not over mix.

Pour into prepared pan

Bake 18 to 20 min or until Brown and edges start to pull away from sides
