1 lb good pork sausage
4 large eggs, beaten
1 cup bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare muffin pan with cup cake lines
Preheat oven to 350
Cook sausage untl no longer pink..crumbled into small pieces and drain
add the eggs, bisquick and cheese.
Fill muffin pan 1/2 full
Bake 20 minutes or until done in middle when tested with toothpick.
