Corn Beef Hash Nachos

1 Can of Corn Beef Hash
1 Bag of Nacho Chips
1 Cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Tomato diced
1 Large Yellow Onion diced
1 Jar of favorite Salsa
1/4 Cup of Pickled Jalapenos
1 Can of black beans
1 Can of Olives
1 cup sour creme

Cooking Instructions:

Cook corn beef hash until slightly carmelized.

Cover a metal cooking tray with nacho chips, then cover nacho chips with corn beef hash, cheddar cheese, and black beans. Heat in oven at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and starting to brown and crisp. Remove from oven and serve with all other ingredients placed on top. YUMMY!!
