White Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes

1 Box of Betty Crocker SuperMoist White Cake Mix
1 Cup of Sour Cream (light or regular)
1 Box (3.4 oz) Jell-O Instant Cheesecake Pudding
1 cup of Ghirardelli White Chocolate chips
Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box.
Add 1 cup of sour cream.
Add in the dry contents of the pudding (unprepared)
Mix well.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Line muffin pan with liners and fill 2/3 with batter.
Bake as directed on the cake mix box.
Let cool.
Frosting Options:
You can frost using your favorite basic frosting. A cream cheese or butter cream frosting is nice. The cupcakes are also delicious without frosting.
Extra Comments: Fancy it up a bit by adding a 1 or 2 teaspoons of flavored extract to your frosting. A raspberry extract is nice or just plain vanilla extract. Start with just a little bit and add more to achieve your taste preference. Need it to be a little more fancy? Top off the frosted cupcakes with sprinkles, colored sanding sugar or a birthday candle.
