SLICK'S SALSA

1 - 28oz Can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes or Fire Roasted Tomatoes
4 - Jalapenos
2 - Serrano Peppers
1 - Large White Onion (Skinned)
2 - Teaspoons of Salt
2 - Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
2- Teaspoons of Black Pepper
1/2 - Teasoon of Onion Powder
1/2 - Teaspoon of Cumin

Drain the liquid out of the can on tomatoes and deseed two of the jalapenos, place the Peeled Onion, Jalapeno Peppers, Serrano Peppers, Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Garcil Powder and Cumin in a food processor and mix all the ingredients together.

Makes 3 1/2 Cups. For Hotter Salsa Do Not Seed The Jalapenos. Serve Chiled With Chips or Use As A Hot Sauce For Tacos..
