Celebrate 60 years of the Queen on the throne with a refreshing Jubilee Fizz, available at Dirty Martini.

With a concoction of summer flavours and ingredients, including the Queen’s favourite tipple, gin, this cocktail is a mouth-watering drink to kick start the celebrations ahead.

35ml Hendricks Gin
15ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Apple Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
5ml Gomme Syrup
Top with Prosecco
Fresh Raspberries, Strawberries, Lemon, Lime, Cucumber, Apple and Mint – to garnish

1. Fill a sling glass with ice and fruits
2. Shake Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Apple Juice and Gomme Syrup in a cocktail shaker.
3. Double strain into glass over ice and fruits
4. Top with Prosecco
