Strawberries & Cream are always a winning combination, and the mixologists at Dirty Martini have served up an ace with their latest cocktail creation in celebration of the 126th Wimbledon Championships this year.

There’s nothing more quintessentially British than watching the ultimate summer game played out by stars in crisp whites, accompanied by a smooth cocktail to beat the heat.

Strawberries & Cream
1 strawberry
5ml gomme
10ml double cream
10ml Fraise de bois
20ml Crème de cacao
25ml vodka
Garnish: strawberry



Method
1. Muddle strawberry with gomme syrup in base of cocktail glass
2. Add cream, fraise de bois, crème de cacao and vodka
3. Fill with ice and then place in cocktail shaker
4. Shake vigorously and double strain into chilled martini glass
5. Garnish with fresh strawberry
