I was at work and needed something quick, easy and different. So I tried this the day before thanksgiving, I really liked it and I thought to share.
1. This is a grilled sandwich/burger so to make things easy and mess free for myself i started by making the grilled cheese first.I chopped onions and green bell peppers between the two layers of cheese(American/Swiss)and began grilling.
2. after the grilled cheese was completed i cut open the grilled cheese and placed my sliced tomatoes onto the sandwich.
3. I placed a slice of ham and a strip of chicken that i had left over from a previous meal that day over the sandwich.
4.Then i poured HONEY over the already honey spiral ham, and chicken, with a small amount of ketchup...then began to dig in.
my favorite ingredient?...the honey. As much as i love me some ham- the honey REALLY brings out this quick fix. Also, if prepared correctly this makes a tasty snack/meal for any occasion - especially for that SUPERBOWL PARTY your're gonna have.
