chicken enchaladas

boil chicken with garlic,salt,pepper,and pappys seasoning.remove let cool and shread.
heat tortias and set aside. chop green onion and chives. shred orange and white cheese,( goat cheese is fine) roll chicken in cooked torteas. place in bakeing dish pour red or green enchalada sauce.place in oven at 350 degrees for 20 min.remove put onions and lots of cheese put back in oven untill cheese is melted remove let cool for 5 min serve with mexican rice and beans
