crawfish fettuccine

1 onion diced
1 bellpepper diced
1 bunch green onions sliced small
1/2 can diced rotel tomato(drained)
1 pack frozen crawfish tails
1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 slices of cheese
1 stick of margarine
season to taste
parsley
parmesan and romano cheese

step 1: saute margarine, onions, bell peppers and green onions(season before saute)until onions are clear.
step 2:add crawfish(season to taste)to mixture for a few minutes to blend.
step 3: form a circle,add cream of mushroom soup(pour milk in can and stir)add a little milk to blend,then the rest of the milk.
step4:add rotel tomato
step5: add slices of cheese and stir, add parsley.
simmer for 30 mins.
boil pasta, when done add margarine ,parmesan and romano cheese and a little parsley.
