J. Paul's Possum Drops

Ingredients
Serves: 20
20 Jalapenos, cut in half (lonways) and seeded
40 shrimps, tail off
40 small strips cheese
20 slices bacon, cut in half
40 slivers onion
40 slivers garlic
J. Paul's Barbecue Sauce
wooden toothpicks, soaked in water

Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 30 mins

Stuff 1 each, shrimp, cheese, onion and garlic into pepper. Wrap with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Grill or bake over medium heat until bacon is almost crispy. Baste with barbecue sauce and cook a few minutes more until barbecue sauce caramelizes.
