2 pounds Ground Beef
1/2 pound Bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 Tbsp What's-This-Here-Sauce*
2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp Tabasco
1 Onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup Bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup Jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Minced garlic
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp sugar
Creole seasoning, to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. If mixture is too moist, add more bread crumbs. Shape into patties and refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors marry together. Grill or pan fry.

*What's-This-Here-Sauce: Worcestershire.
