1 small head lettuce, chopped fairly small
1/2 cup chopped purple onion
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup Mandarin oranges
Dressing:
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 salad oil
1/3 cup water
Mix well. Chill & eat!
