Pizza Toast

Sliced Bread
Catsup
Basil and Oregano OR Italian Seasoning
Cheese, slice or grated

Your choice of Pizza Toppings: Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Sausage, Italian Sausage, Bell Peppers, Onions, Green or Black Olives, etc... All must be cooked, sliced or chopped small.

Place the bread onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Onto each slice, put about a Tbsp. of catsup, then sprinkle with basil and oregano OR Italian seasonings. Put cheese over that. Then layer toppings as desired. Toast in oven on 400 F. for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot. Serve warm as you would serve sandwiches.
