Angel Biscuits

5 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 T dry yeast
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
2 T warm water

Sift dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Dissolve yeast in warm water, and add to buttermilk, then pour into dry ingredients. Mix well and turn on dough board. Roll out thin and cut, then fold over and dip into melted butter. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
