Gramma’s Raw Apple Cake

3 cups flour
1 tsp nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Sift together, then add:

3 cups apple, peeled & chopped
1 1/4 cup oil
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
2 tsp vanilla

Mix well. Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for about an hour.

The recipe does not say so, but I would preheat the oven. – T.S.
