Gerkensalat (German Cucumber Salad)

1 English cucumber
3 Tbsp oil
1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup very thinly sliced onion
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp sour cream

Peel the cucumber and slice as thinly as potato chips. Make a dressing of the remaining ingredients, then mix together with cucumbers. Chill. This is better if it has awhile to marinade slightly.
