Eric’s Peanut Butter Kisses

Makes 1 dozen

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 1/2 cups dry milk powder

In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey. Add the powdered milk and mix until well blended. Roll into walnut sized balls and serve.

Variations:

1. Use light Karo instead of the honey.
2. Roll in confectioners’ sugar after forming.
3. Dip in melted chocolate after forming.
4. Season with cinnamon and/or cloves.
5. Roll in coconut after forming.
6. Add a nut to the center of each.
7. Roll in cinnamon-sugar after forming.
8. Use maple syrup instead of the honey.
9. Roll in candy sprinkles after forming.
10. Place a chocolate chip or Hershey’s kiss inside.
