Creamy Onion-y Sandwich Spread

8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup finely minced fresh onion
About a teaspoon of onion powder, or adjust according to taste

Blend thoroughly. Chill overnight for best results. Then about a half-hour before using let set at room temperature to soften again if using on bread. If spreading on crackers it works fully chilled.

This also works as a dip with tostada chips.
