Coleslaw

Take a half large, or a whole small green cabbage and chop it into very small bits. Add a shredded carrot and about 1/4 cup minced onioin. Toss in a suitable salad bowl with dressing and chill before serving.

Coleslaw Dressing

1 cup Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise)
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar or other sweetener of your choice
1 tsp. pepper (I use white pepper)

Mix until thoroughlly blended and toss with coleslaw to coat completely.
