Butterbeer

1/2 tsp butter flavoring OR clarified butter
12 oz can cream soda
1 oz rum OR 1 shot Butterscotch

Heat soda on medium to low heat for 1-2 minutes. In Separate glass, add flavoring and alcohol. Pour warm soda over.

Topping

6 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring OR clarified butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream OR condensed milk

Whip the cream until thick but not fluffy. Add other ingredients and whip until topping becomes fluffy and forms peaks.

Spoon generously on top of the butterbeer.
