3 beaten eggs
2 cups warm milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
Slight pinch of ground nutmeg
Mix together very well, then pour into a well-greased baking dish. Bake for an hour at 325. Let cool slightly before serving.
