Garlic Hummus

2 15-oz cans of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
(About 2 cups pre-cooked, or 1 large can)
juice of one lemon
1/4 to 1/2 cup veggie broth
1-2 garlic cloves (roasted is better)
one big dollop of tahini
salt to taste

Blend in food processor, use veggie broth to consistency you want. Use for raw veggie dip or spread on sandwiches.
