I am a divorced single father with partial custody but love time with my boy every chance I get. I was raised in a house of women. A real estrogenville! But I was also the eldest brother to these girls...after my folks split, Mom had to work all the time and late too. So @ 12 I was man of the house and that is where I learned to cook. Many nights my sisters and I were blessed with the Lord's grace otherwise we would have blown the place up. I since have been married and now divorced and My Ex-wife really was not a good cook when I met her and is great today. Just focus is all. Now the guys who are my house mates gets the fruits of me venting and relieving stress by cooking. I am well blessed in the areas of taste. They take turns getting to decide what I will make...now I worn you...I workout alot and am blessed with a high metabolism as well so none of my recipes are would you say are low fat or low GI....I actually think Butter is a requirement.
