Dijon Chicken with Bread Crumbs

Serves 4 people...
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Cube (8oz) Butter
1 Tablespoon of Worchestershire Sauce
1 Cup Italian Bread crumbs
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese... Finely grated
1/2 Cup of Dijon Mustard
Cooking instructions:
Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together in low pie dish for easy dredging.
Microwave the butter to melt it in a medium size glass mixing bowl, add the Worchestershire sauce and blend in the Dijon Mustard until it makes a past.
Wrap a cookie sheet in Aluminum foil to make clean up easy. Set a low profile cooking grate on the cookie sheet so as to bake the chicken slightly elevated.
Wash the Chicken Breasts and trim off the fat. Dredge the Breasts in the butter/dijon past to fully coat them. Then dredge them in the bread crumbs.
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.... Cook for 35 minutes.
I serve this with Fettuccini Alfredo and Garlic bread usually.
