1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 15 oz. can of corn
1 15 oz. can black beans
1 15 oz. can diced or stewed tomatoes
1 15 oz. can Rotel (OR another can of diced tomatoes & 1/2 tiny can of green chilis)
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta

Cook meat & onion after draining any fat. Open cans and dump into pot, juice and all. Cube the Mexican Velveeta and put into pot on low heat. Stir all together and melt cheese.
