Foil wrapped salmon fillet

1 Salmon Fillet (6-8 oz.)
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Salt and pepper both sides of salmon. Place salmon skin side down on foil. Place thin slices of lemon and lime on top of salmon fillet. Coat top with thin layer of extra virgin olive oil. Wrap tightly and place on baking dish or directly in oven. Bake on 375 for 15-20 minutes.
