Banana Oat Cookies

Makes 4 cookies

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 banana
4-6 strawberries(optional)
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Celsius.

Cut up fruit into small pieces.

Mash together oatmeal, banana and strawberries until thoroughly mixed.

Mix in honey and cinnamon until consistent.

Separate mixture into 4 servings, and place onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake for about 15 minutes, then cool.
