1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
5 Tbsp cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded zucchini
Blend together all except chips and nuts; pour in oblong pan. Combine chips and nuts and sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
