1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. apples, peeled & diced
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix oil, sugar & eggs. Beat until light & fluffy. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Add apples and nuts. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
