2/3 c sugar
1 large egg
3 Tbsp milk
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. salted, roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Line an 8-9" square baking pan with foil. Lightly grease foil. Beat sugars, butter and peanut butter. Add egg & milk. Stir in flour. Once blended, add peanuts and chips. Bake at 350.
