Funnel Cakes

Category: Quick Breads, Muffins & Coffee Cakes

1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp soda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients and beat with mixer. Pour into funnel and fry in hot oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve while hot.
