1-Step Tamale Pie

1 lb ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 8oz cans seasoned tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
Few dashes Tabasco
3/4 c. corn meal

Brown beef with onion & garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till knife comes out clean.
